RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We strive to ensure a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for our customers, including our returns process. 

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Items should be free of makeup, hair, residue, washing fabric scents, perfume etc.
• Any damages, including those caused during try-on or alterations, will affect the eligibility for return.
• We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it back to us. We do not accept returns after the 14 day time frame has passed.
